As a lover of all things entrepreneurship B. The Entrepreneur Consulting Agency was created out of my passion for business ownership.  My love for entrepreneurship started at the age of 10 selling lip gloss rings on the bus to school, and continued through middle school and high school as I started a hair braiding business and baby sitting service for the freedom of earning my own income on my time.

At the age of 20 as a wife, mother, full time student, and employee I started Pamper Us Mobile Massage Service, Charlotte's 1st Mobile Massage and Spa Company in 2011.  The trials and errors of running a business with no guidance led to the long, but steady growth of Pamper Us Mobile.  Upon quitting my full time job as a social worker in 2016 and transitioning to Pamper Us Mobile full time. I continued to further my entrepreneurship education through the completion of over 8 entrepreneurial certification programs, 2 pitch competition victories, earning my MBA-Business Management, and Masters Certification in Digital Entrepreneurship.

Being an active member of the start up community in my hometown of Charlotte, NC, I would consistently hear the frustrations of my fellow entrepreneurs about the lack of support in the start up business community, in particularly minority owned business.  In addition, as Pamper Us Mobile continuously grew I began to receive constant questions about entrepreneurship and how to start a business.  Noticing a gap in the education of the start up business process especially for African American entrepreneurs.  I created B. The Entrepreneur Consulting Agency to simplify the business start up process and help new and aspiring entrepreneurs start and grow their business the right way.
